Responsibilities

• Support various Lean management missions within the aeronautics sector
• Create, modify, and continuously improve internal procedures
• Identify opportunities for optimization
• Manage change processes
• Create and deploy support materials for new arrivals and visitors
• Interact with various stakeholders including logistics, production, and service providers

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Specialization in quality or project management
• Two years of significant experience in the industrial sector, ideally in aeronautics
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Suite
• Autonomous, organized, and proactive personality
• Strong communication skills
