Responsibilities
- Define necessary actions to optimize production
- Implement and monitor field action plans in line with group policy
- Deploy and apply continuous improvement methods to optimize all factory processes
- Support production sector managers in driving line performance
- Raise awareness and train operational teams in continuous improvement methods
- Participate in the formalization and evolution of site "Best Practices"
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor improvement projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or technical university
- Initial experience in industrialization and production
- Mastery of problem-solving methods and continuous improvement techniques
- Proficiency with SMED and AMDEC tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and project management abilities
