Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Lean management missions within the aeronautics sector
• Create, modify, and continuously improve internal procedures
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
• Lead change management initiatives
• Develop and deploy support materials for new employees and visitors
• Interact with various stakeholders including logistics, production, and external providers

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Specialization in Quality or Project Management
• At least 2 years of significant experience in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the aeronautics sector
