Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support PMO initiatives and projects to drive operational excellence
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Manage team governance and ensure project alignment
• Implement and manage indicator-based management for all areas
• Act as a key interlocutor with regional Center of Excellence (COE) teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in continuous improvement coordination
• Experience providing PMO support for large-scale initiatives and projects
• Strong background in operational excellence management
• Proficiency in indicator-based management and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management with regional teams
