Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize production performance and service efficiency.
• Conduct VSM (Value Stream Mapping) analysis to define component flows, make-or-buy decisions, and internal/external production flows.
• Implement Lean management tools such as 5S, Kanban, SMED, and TPM to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.
• Redefine visual management tools and performance indicator dashboards.
• Support production startup by writing specifications for manufacturing, assembly, and control processes.
• Validate manufacturing processes, feasibility studies, and qualification plans.
• Ensure technical solutions meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements while maintaining technological watch.
• Train and support employees through process changes and new working methods.

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in continuous improvement or a related technical field.
• Proven experience within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (Inventor, Topsolid, or Topcam).
• Mastery of Lean tools including SMED, Kanban, VSM, and TPM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, and a pedagogical approach to training others.
