About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize production performance and service efficiency.
- Conduct VSM (Value Stream Mapping) analysis to define component flows, make-or-buy decisions, and internal/external production flows.
- Implement Lean management tools such as 5S, Kanban, SMED, and TPM to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.
- Redefine visual management tools and performance indicator dashboards.
- Support production startup by writing specifications for manufacturing, assembly, and control processes.
- Validate manufacturing processes, feasibility studies, and qualification plans.
- Ensure technical solutions meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements while maintaining technological watch.
- Train and support employees through process changes and new working methods.
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree in continuous improvement or a related technical field.
- Proven experience within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (Inventor, Topsolid, or Topcam).
- Mastery of Lean tools including SMED, Kanban, VSM, and TPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, and a pedagogical approach to training others.
