Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of operational strategies to strengthen reliability, energy efficiency, and industrial sustainability.
• Monitor operational KPIs including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Implement and digitalize autonomous maintenance routines and 5S methodologies in critical areas.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with a systemic approach to ensure effective action closure.
• Coordinate the digitalization of operational processes through analytical tools and data intelligence.
• Train and support operational teams in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence methodologies.
• Promote a culture of safety, health, and zero accidents while ensuring environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Over 12 months of experience in industrial processes.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Expertise in continuous improvement and Lean tools (Gemba walks, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management).
• Strong knowledge of operational KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
• Analytical and systemic thinking skills with a focus on results and sustainability.
