Continuous Improvement Consultant (Kaizen)

Responsibilities

• Analyze process approaches to detect improvement opportunities in integral management
• Perform diagnostics of productive and service processes at operational and organizational levels
• Design, implement, and monitor action plans and KPIs oriented toward continuous improvement
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to achieve process optimization and excellence
• Monitor the performance level of improvement objectives
• Establish and consolidate continuous improvement dynamics, best practices, and work standards
• Continuously review operational data, information, and system processes
• Control processes to ensure the sustainability of implemented improvements
• Collaborate actively with client teams as a facilitator of change

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• Previous experience in consulting or process improvement
• Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum B2 level of English
• Proactive profile with an analytical and numerical mindset
• Ability to work in teams and strong interpersonal skills
