Continuous Improvement Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management and implementation of improvement actions to develop maturity in accordance with Airbus standards
• Drive the Continuous Improvement process within production poles
• Organize and facilitate workshops
• Process improvement ideas originating from the field and assist in their realization
• Participate in performance management meetings
• Work within a multifunctional environment including Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Test Technicians

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 level program in production management or a related field
• Fluent in French
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage meetings
• Rigorous, curious, and autonomous with a strong team spirit
