About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze production performance indicators including on-call calls, weak signals, work order execution delays, and HSE eWorkPermits
- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve processes
- Train operational teams on diagnostic methods
- Perform root cause analysis using cause-and-effect trees
- Update performance analysis tools
- Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Define team workloads
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
