Continuous Improvement Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support site reorganization projects, including dismantling and flow optimization
• Manage contact with external companies and monitor ongoing works
• Optimize stock organization and storage on the site
• Support the Group's FIT transformation program to simplify and harmonize business processes
• Conduct mass balance assessments and define standard times
• Assist in the optimization of packaging tools

Requirements

• 4th-year generalist engineering student
• Academic background with a strong orientation toward continuous improvement
• Previous internship experience in the field of continuous improvement or industrial optimization
