Continuous Improvement and Operations Support Supervisor - Fintech

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts within the Fintech Back Office to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure training and operational support for Collections, Telesales, and Solutions Services across Argentina, Mexico, and Chile.
• Manage internal and external operations by providing necessary tools, detecting deviations, and executing required training.
• Oversee the correct use of collection tools, including Remedials and Refinancing, ensuring adherence to documented procedures.
• Optimize the mapping and treatment of cases across user service channels to maintain efficient collection processes without compromising customer experience.
• Maintain excellence in the onboarding and training processes for Collections and Sales tasks.
• Manage billing and settlement flows for main providers and oversee the operational inquiry inbox.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar operational or continuous improvement roles.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong management mindset and agile problem-solving skills.
