Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the project prioritization process based on operational pain points, metric analysis, and alignment with OPEX, Engineering, Inventory, and Quality teams.
• Analyze improvement opportunities by studying cycle times, bottlenecks, and flow constraints within fulfillment processes.
• Lead end-to-end improvement projects from discovery to successful pilot implementation, including business case generation for productivity, cost, and time savings.
• Support the redesign and implementation of Methods and Time studies, equipment selection, and workspace/layout optimization to improve productivity, ergonomics, and safety.
• Execute improvements with high impact and maintain effective communication with site stakeholders regarding initiative progress.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or a related field.
• Proven experience leading projects from design to execution in operational environments (Logistics or Manufacturing).
• Expertise in process design and analysis, including strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies, specifically Lean Six Sigma.
• Availability to work onsite at Villa Celina or Mercado Central (primarily).

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
