Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs and guidance documents for all new and existing processes
• Manage the 5S program throughout the Distribution Center, including conducting regular audits and training team members
• Support Daily Management processes by tracking and analyzing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct time and motion studies for distribution processes to optimize efficiency
• Deliver Continuous Improvement training during new hire orientations and act as a resource for CI principles
• Facilitate daily huddles and ensure action items are documented and completed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or related roles within a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in SOP creation, updates, and process documentation
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and 5S methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training and cross-functional engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with technical writing
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Kaizen and PDCA
