Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand operational processes and distribute knowledge across the operations team by analyzing data to derive insights.
• Manage the governance of systemic change implementations, ensuring contingency plans and obstacle resolution.
• Create and coordinate implementation plans for solutions, maintaining clarity on all active initiatives.
• Monitor operational adherence to new work instructions through proactive and efficient communication.
• Act as a multiplier of Lean culture for both operational and management teams.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proven experience in process improvement, quality, and operations mapping/flows.
• Experience in project coordination and managing changes within manufacturing, operations, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and PMO methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and dashboard generation.
• Technical knowledge of BigQuery and AI tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt).
