About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract, prospect, and ensure enrollment and payment for Continuing Education catalog programs
- Execute promotional and prospecting activities for local participants
- Provide high-quality advisory and follow-up from initial contact through to collection
- Contribute to cross-selling solutions between different educational channels
- Maintain deep knowledge of the institutional program catalog, including objectives and benefits
- Leverage local institutional events to attract new prospects
- Ensure program enrollment meets break-even points and opening rates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer support
- Proven experience in promotion and negotiation strategies
- Experience working with training, education programs, or corporate linking
- Strong sales and follow-up skills
