Contingent Workforce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EMEA regional contact for contingent workforce program activities across Europe
• Partner with the MSP to oversee daily program operations and resolve escalated issues
• Provide guidance to hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders regarding policies and best practices
• Lead regional compliance initiatives regarding worker classification, tenure, and co-employment risks
• Manage MSP and supplier partnerships to improve service delivery and program adoption
• Lead strategic projects focused on process optimization and operational efficiency
• Analyze workforce data and trends to provide reporting and insights to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP operations, procurement, or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and workforce lifecycle processes
• Experience working within a global or multinational organization
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving compliance or process improvement
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce compliance, including worker classification and co-employment risk
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proficiency with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass or Beeline
• Knowledge of European labor markets and regional regulations
