Contingent Workforce Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the contingent workforce program to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Oversee global onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors to ensure seamless transitions and accurate documentation
• Manage relationships with contractors, project managers, and external vendors to maintain high compliance standards
• Address contractor inquiries regarding payments, access issues, and other discrepancies promptly
• Develop and implement scalable workflows, systems, and reporting tools to improve program visibility and efficiency
• Partner with People Ops, Legal, and Recruiting to ensure contractor management strategies align with company policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contractor or workforce management within a high-growth or complex setting
• Proven experience in vendor management, supplier negotiations, and optimizing external collaborations
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Staffing operations
• Solid knowledge of global labor regulations and compliance standards related to contractor management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners
