Contingent Workforce Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to employees and stakeholders on Contingent SnowForce Team processes and policies
• Partner with the Global Contingent Workforce Leader to meet team goals and drive projects
• Drive compliance, education, and program-level project initiatives
• Manage day-to-day tactical operations including communications, documentation, and meeting facilitation
• Facilitate resolutions for accommodation requests, immigration requests, and cost rate analysis
• Create and maintain documentation and provide training as a Subject Matter Expert
• Conduct in-person training sessions for stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service support experience in Contingent Workforce, HR, or workforce management
• Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization
• Experience utilizing VNDLY Vendor Management System
• Experience working with a Managed Service Provider
• Understanding of contingent workforce classifications and processes
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and ServiceNow
• Ability to leverage AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Snowflake Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Zip P2P Tool or Workday HCM
• Experience creating training videos
• Ability to utilize current technologies and trends to enhance presentations
