Continent Planning & Ops Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and optimize supply flows across markets by managing allocation, replenishment, and digital fulfillment parameters
• Oversee stock deployment and flag capacity or operational risks during pre-season
• Plan and operate stock balance actions between Planning Markets and manage the moves budget
• Steer digital fulfillment parameters to meet demand plans and monitor sale uplift and costs
• Set budget and forecast for exit strategies post-season
• Collaborate with continent logistics to set delivery frequency frameworks and implement network strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations within retail, fashion, or FMCG
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment flows, and transport capacity management
• Proven track record in warehouse/transport planning, order management, or stock flow coordination
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating fulfillment KPIs and logistics data
• Ability to resolve bottlenecks and adapt plans quickly in a fast-paced environment
