About the Company

Lucis is building the OS for human longevity, aiming to make preventive health the default for every human in Europe. We believe healthcare should be preventive, not reactive, helping people add more healthy years to their lives.

Responsibilities

• Audit current AI usage to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Develop and ship a Lucis AI playbook including prompt patterns and safety guidance
• Roll out high-leverage workflows across engineering, product, support, growth, and clinical teams
• Build lightweight internal tools, automations, and integrations to remove repetitive work
• Measure impact through adoption rates, time saved, and quality improvements
• Implement guardrails and evaluations to increase reliability and trust in AI outputs

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in product engineering, platform/devex, technical enablement, or applied AI
• Power user of modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or v0
• Ability to prototype quickly and ship small improvements on a weekly basis
• Strong enablement skills with the ability to teach and drive adoption across technical and non-technical teams
• Pragmatic, impact-driven mindset focused on workflow utility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tooling used by others daily
• Knowledge of LLM patterns including prompting, RAG, tool calling, agents, and evaluation approaches
• Experience working in environments with strict data handling, security, or compliance constraints
