Contestant Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Align casting, production, and logistics to ensure contestants are cleared and coordinated
• Partner with the Head of Casting to route creative shifts efficiently
• Act as the central coordination point between Casting, Care, Legal, and Production
• Oversee medical, psychological, and legal clearance completion
• Manage travel, lodging, intake logistics, and on-set roster tracking
• Track contestant operations budget and flag risks or variances
• Supervise Contestant and Care Coordinators and maintain tracking systems
• Serve as the operational escalation point during production

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a production manager
• Experience working with contestants, cast, or managing large groups of people
• Ability to work within quick timelines to meet standards
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
