Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
• Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type
• Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language
• Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization (AIO)
• Use CMS and workflow tools like WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted tools to manage projects
• Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends to guide continuous improvement
• Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams
• Collaborate externally with MSP partners in the content creation process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role, ideally in B2B
• Experience creating gated resources, blogs, webinar decks, social media, and video scripts
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating partner-facing or enablement content
• MSP or IT industry experience
• Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and IT topics
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
