Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact marketing, sales, and thought leadership content to support the global commercial team
• Review and sanitize historical proposals and commercial documents to ensure brand alignment and data privacy
• Ghostwrite articles and viewpoints for ERM leaders and consultants for external publication
• Develop case studies, client success stories, service brochures, and integrated marketing campaign assets
• Support pursuit and bid teams by developing standardized content for RFPs and sales presentations
• Translate complex technical and environmental topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
• Draft internal communications including newsletters, leadership messages, and intranet articles

Requirements

• 3–6 years of B2B content writing experience, ideally in consulting or professional services
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience supporting proposal teams, marketing campaigns, or internal communications
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and translate technical input into client-centric messaging
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content sanitization, metadata tagging, or CMS migration projects
• Exposure to Salesforce, Pardot, or marketing automation platforms
• Understanding of ESG, decarbonization, or environmental sustainability topics
