Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality articles on health and term insurance aligned with user intent and Ditto’s tone
• Research complex topics including IRDAI updates and common customer insurance queries
• Identify user needs to create content that provides genuine value and aids decision-making
• Utilize a combination of product expertise and AI tools to draft and refine insightful blog posts
• Optimize all content for search engines through effective structure, keywords, and internal linking
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to boost organic visibility

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research, content writing, or a related field
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent research skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance or financial services research
• Experience writing SEO-led articles
• Basic understanding of personal finance concepts
• Familiarity with using generative AI tools for research and content ideation
