Responsibilities

• Research complex topics ranging from IRDAI updates to everyday customer insurance questions.
• Identify user needs to create content that provides genuine value and aids decision-making.
• Combine product expertise with AI tools to draft, refine, and publish insightful blog content.
• Optimize articles for search engines using keywords, structure, and internal linking best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to boost organic visibility while maintaining a clear and honest brand voice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research, content writing, or a related field.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for a general audience.
• A user-centric mindset with the ability to think from a customer's perspective.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance or financial research.
