Content Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit market, investment, and retirement content for diverse audiences to communicate organizational investment activities.
• Oversee and maintain assigned assets within the content management platform to ensure availability for client-facing teams.
• Direct the compliance approval process to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements prior to distribution.
• Develop written and multimedia investment content, including white papers and product support pieces, across web and print channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in client service, finance, strategy, and investment teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Proofread investment articles and manage the submission of final drafts and layouts to the production department.
• Uphold the firm's brand identity across all written investment communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Editorial Operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Proven experience in publishing and managing content across web, email, webinar, video, and social channels.
• Deep knowledge of content governance, workflows, and approval processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• University degree.
• Knowledge of investment activities and broader industry trends.
