Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the editorial strategy and content roadmap for the platform
• Identify opportunities through social listening, trends, and audience analysis
• Design narratives, formats, and campaigns aligned with the brand's tone and purpose
• Coordinate content production for social media, blogs, podcasts, and owned media channels
• Articulate work with internal teams, agencies, production companies, and strategic allies to ensure consistent execution
• Review and guarantee the editorial, creative, and audiovisual quality of all pieces
• Collaborate with the media team to define audiences, KPIs, and media planning
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize the strategy

Requirements

• Experience leading digital content strategies and digital editorial projects
• Solid knowledge of storytelling, digital metrics, and digital ecosystems
• Ability to evaluate and enhance audiovisual formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Strategic portfolio demonstrating content leadership and measurable results
