Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized content marketing strategies for the Japan market to drive brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead the concept development, creative copywriting, and execution of localized advertising (digital, paid social, and offline) to maximize ROAS.
• Plan, create, edit, and optimize multi-channel content including blog articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, video scripts, case studies, and product storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with PR, IMC, performance marketing, CRM, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on engagement, retention, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial.
• Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms including web, GEO/SEO, social media, and CRM/email.
• Business level English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for content quality and localization nuance.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
