Content Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and engaging content, including powerful stories and narratives, to position FICO's expertise and solutions.
• Provide expert messaging support and custom content for sales representatives on specific opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce assets that advance corporate positioning across various levels.
• Design modular content that can be easily repurposed across multiple formats and channels.
• Implement cutting-edge digital solutions and new methods to communicate FICO's value.
• Review and refine content from various teams to ensure it is impactful, credible, and high-quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Specialist, Solutions Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Content Development role.
• Proven experience working within the technology or B2B sectors.
• Exceptional English communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written abilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Willingness to work EMEA or US hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working effectively in matrixed and cross-cultural environments.
• General understanding of software applications and technology.
