Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of 7-8 Instagram pages, ensuring alignment with each page’s unique voice and audience
• Meet daily posting cadences, delivering a minimum of 2 posts per day across assigned pages
• Schedule content in advance, including preparing weekend posts to meet deadlines
• Execute music and branded campaigns by adapting client-provided assets to fit page aesthetics
• Monitor and engage with audiences through comments, reactions, and direct messages
• Track and analyze page performance using Instagram insights to inform optimization
• Submit monthly performance reports outlining key metrics and growth progress

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content execution, or digital media
• Strong understanding of internet culture, meme formats, and social media trends
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva
• Ability to manage high-volume content output while maintaining quality and consistency
• Understanding of performance metrics including views, impressions, and engagement rates
• Strong time management and organizational skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with CapCut or Adobe creative tools
• Prior experience managing theme pages, freelance accounts, or brand social media
