About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all content and creator efforts for the Gulf market to grow Bump
- Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
- Build and manage a pipeline of Gulf creators and run influencer campaigns
- Collaborate with paid marketing to optimize content performance
- Identify and jump on internet trends before they peak
- Write briefs and provide creative feedback to external creators
- Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
- Experience creating content for ads, specifically UGC
- Experience managing creators or providing creative direction
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Gulf creator landscape
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience living in a Gulf state
- Ability to work onsite in Paris
