About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all content and creator efforts for the Thai market
- Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
- Build and manage a pipeline of Thai creators and run influencer campaigns
- Collaborate with paid marketing to optimize content performance
- Identify and jump on viral trends quickly
- Write briefs and provide creative feedback to external creators
- Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
- Experience creating content for ads, specifically UGC
- Experience managing creators or providing creative direction
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Thai creator landscape
- Proficiency in Thai and English
- Experience living in Thailand
- Ability to work in person in the Paris office
