Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Polish market
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
• Manage a pipeline of Polish creators and run influencer campaigns
• Work with paid marketing to optimize content performance
• Identify and jump on trends before they hit the For You Page
• Write briefs and provide creative feedback to external creators
• Collaborate with growth, distribution, and product teams

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
• Experience creating content for ads, specifically UGC
• Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Polish creator landscape
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Experience living in Poland
