About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow Bump in the Nordic countries by owning all content and creator efforts
- Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
- Build and manage a pipeline of Nordic creators and run influencer campaigns
- Work with paid marketing to convert content into performance
- Identify and jump on trends before they hit the For You Page
- Write briefs and provide creative feedback to external creators
- Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
- Experience creating content for ads, specifically UGC
- Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Nordic creator landscape
- Proficiency in a Nordic language and English
- Experience living in a Nordic country
- Ability to work onsite in Paris
