RADICL is a leading provider of Cybersecurity-as-a-Service (CSaaS), revolutionizing advanced cyberthreat protection for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and other regulated industries through an AI-powered virtual SOC platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels on a consistent daily schedule
• Repurpose existing content like video clips and podcast episodes into platform-native social formats
• Monitor mentions, comments, and industry conversations to surface opportunities
• Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance
• Write 2–3 blog posts per week using AI assistance from briefs or expert interviews
• Apply on-page SEO best practices including keyword targeting and meta descriptions
• Write and update web copy for landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all owned web properties

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a content, social media, or digital marketing role
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Fluency with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper
• Experience with social scheduling platforms like Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Highly organized and able to manage a content calendar independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or defense-adjacent industries
