Content Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic production
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and knowledge management requirements
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals
• Maintain DCD intelligence content websites to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Conduct weekly quality control checks on all links and URLs for managed websites
• Populate SharePoint portals with relevant intelligence content aligned with mission needs
• Track newly identified products on the Master Intelligence Content Management tracker
• Maintain and update web-enabled portals for crisis actions or contingency operations
• Draft and maintain SOPs documenting all content management tasks

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
• Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to review analytic products for tradecraft standards and rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience or High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
