Content & Projects Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director with logistics for content and events departments
• Liaise with design, content, video, and events teams to compile assets for pitches and meetings
• Track editorial and events deadlines to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Act as a communication bridge between leadership, editors, and central services
• Create Canva presentations, templates, and mock graphics for upcoming launches and events
• Research industry trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities
• Assist with pre-event, on-site, and post-event logistics
• Manage calendars, organize meetings, and handle administrative tasks

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the media or events industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in content creation for events, editorial, or social media
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of CRM and CMS software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of the Middle East media landscape
