Content Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, curriculum, and marketing teams to produce high-quality print and digital K-12 curricula materials
• Oversee the editorial process, ensuring accurate content and managing production timelines
• Manage editorial aspects of in-person and online professional development workshops, including training manuals and multimedia presentations
• Optimize content development, editing, and production workflows to enhance efficiency
• Lead a team of content creators and editors, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to style guides
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance writers, editors, and designers
• Monitor industry trends in educational publishing and instructional design to recommend innovative strategies

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent degree in a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in publishing, education, or media industries
• Strong focus on editorial and content production
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with content management systems, editing software, and project management platforms
• Passion for K-12 curriculum development and instructional practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design principles
• Experience with e-learning platforms
