Content Producer, Social & Video

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality, platform-native video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Support the development of integrated social campaigns with a strong emphasis on video
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to translate insights into scalable creative concepts
• Analyze social and video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize distribution strategies
• Develop compelling, platform-specific social copy and messaging
• Manage publishing, scheduling, and reporting via Sprout Social
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and global positioning

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or video production, ideally within a B2B or enterprise environment
• Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut
• Experience with Sprout Social or enterprise social media management platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging social copy
• Deep understanding of social platform dynamics, audience behavior, and content performance drivers
