NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.

Responsibilities

• Produce and shoot content across formats from phone-first to multi-camera setups
• Own on-set production including scheduling, logistics, location scouting, and set dressing
• Operate and set up camera, lighting, and audio with precision
• Direct and coach creator talent to get their best performances on camera
• Train and lead junior production staff and interns
• Work closely with Creative Strategists to translate scripts into production-ready plans
• Stay on top of social media trends and platform behavior
• Recruit talent using a network of NYC creators
• Maintain production equipment and inventory

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on production experience across social content formats
• Solid DP fundamentals including exposure, color, composition, and lighting
• Technical proficiency with Sony cameras (FX30 or similar) and mobile devices
• Experience running and dressing sets
• Comfortable directing talent of all experience levels
• Strong cultural fluency regarding social media trends
• Large network of NYC-based creators
• Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent shoots

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content for paid social or performance marketing
