Content Producer

Responsibilities

• Execute platform-native content for Meta, TikTok, and X, including short-form video, photography, and graphic-based assets
• Translate product drops, cultural moments, and brand beats into timely, engaging social content
• Shoot and edit content across various formats such as Reels and TikToks
• Perform light graphic design for social assets and deliver content formatted for social, email, and web
• Support production logistics including sourcing crew, talent, and locations, as well as assisting with shot lists and schedules
• Assist with rapid-turn content needs and maintain organized content workflows

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content production, social media, or creative roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
• Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of social-first content behaviors and platform-specific trends
• Ability to operate across multiple disciplines including shooting, editing, and production support
• Strong creative instincts and a deep interest in sports culture, streetwear, and fashion
• Must be local to Los Angeles or Orange County, California
