Content Producer

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for video and photo content across social, web, campaigns, events, and executive communications
• Identify and develop compelling brand stories by transforming technical products and complex missions into engaging content
• Shoot original footage and stills, including field deployments, product showcases, and team moments
• Edit video and photo assets from raw capture to final delivery, optimized for various platforms
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity
• Manage production timelines and asset libraries to keep projects organized and on schedule
• Support live event coverage and produce recap content as needed

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in video production, photography, or a combined content creator role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative ownership from ideation to final cut
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
• Experience producing both short-form social content and long-form documentary or explainer content
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
• Sharp eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with using AI tools within creative workflows
