Content Planner Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars for livestream programming
• Identify content opportunities, trends, and audience insights to inform planning decisions
• Create end-to-end content concepts and show frameworks for various livestream formats
• Oversee the planning and rollout of key live campaigns, peak seasons, and thematic events
• Coordinate with Creators, KOLs, Partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality content
• Ensure all content elements like scripts, run-downs, and creative assets are prepared
• Monitor livestream performance metrics including CTR, retention, watch time, GMV, and conversion
• Run content reviews and post-mortems to identify improvement points
• Propose content optimization strategies regarding storytelling, pacing, and creator selection
• Work closely with Creator Management, Live Stream, and Ops Teams to align on direction
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to align content with category priorities and sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in live commerce or live marketing, ideally in E-Commerce
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Strong interest in digital marketing tools and social media knowledge
• Creative mindset with ability to keep up with the latest trends
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Result-oriented approach
• Willingness to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat
