About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic growth strategy across content, SEO, PR, and thought leadership
- Own the content strategy and editorial calendar for the website, blog, and campaign materials
- Write and edit high-impact copy including customer success stories, sales tools, and press releases
- Manage relationships with SEO and PR agencies, including briefing and budget management
- Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion performance
- Identify media and executive profiling opportunities to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, SEO, or organic growth
- Strong content strategy and copywriting skills
- Proven experience managing agencies and external partners
- Deep understanding of SEO and content optimization principles
- Experience using content to drive measurable business outcomes
- Ideally experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing thought leadership programs
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
