Content Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Upload in-house produced promotional and non-promotional materials into the Global Content Management & Approval (GCMA) system
• Manage version control by uploading revisions, maintaining approved versions, and archiving expired materials
• Apply correct GCMA anchoring and linking to ensure reference integrity and content traceability
• Complete and verify metadata fields to support searchability and reporting
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Digital teams to support review and approval workflows
• Track submission and approval status and follow up on operational gaps
• Maintain an organized and auditable archive of all GCMA materials
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare basic operational reports on submission volumes and turnaround times
• Develop and maintain upload checklists and standard operating guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
• Fluent in Turkish with strong professional proficiency in English
• Previous experience working with content approval systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, PromoMats)
• Familiarity with compliance-driven content review processes
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
