Content Moderator

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, video, and live streams
• Make accurate and timely decisions to remove, escalate, label, or approve content based on client guidelines
• Use internal tools and workflows to log actions and maintain audit-ready records
• Escalate complex or borderline cases to senior moderators or specialized teams
• Communicate trends, recurring issues, and potential policy improvements to peers and leads
• Work rotational shifts to provide coverage, including occasional evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Native or near-native Bulgarian (C2)
• Fluent English (B2+) for internal communication and reporting
• Strong written communication skills and ability to apply policies objectively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Digital literacy and the ability to learn new moderation tools quickly
• Resilience and emotional maturity when handling sensitive or disturbing content

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management
