Content Moderator

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting quality metrics
• Escalate content or technical issues according to internal procedures
• Stay updated on evolving content moderation guidelines and policy changes
• Support content safety across various media types, adapting to seasonal peaks
• Work full-time hours within a 24/7 rotative shift schedule

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Czech
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
• Availability to work rotative shifts, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
