Content Moderator – Trust & Safety (English & Italian)

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove online content according to specific client guidelines and policies
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues reported by users or flagged by automated systems
• Stay updated on evolving client policies and participate in continuous training programs
• Serve as an advocate for the user community to ensure a safe and inclusive online environment
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance work quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work in a 24/7 3-shift system, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to review and evaluate text, image, audio, and video content objectively
• Resilience to handle exposure to sensitive, graphic, or potentially disturbing content
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to use multiple internal tools simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site at our office in Kraków, Poland

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in content moderation or Trust & Safety roles
• Experience investigating user-reported or system-flagged content
• Familiarity with evolving operational guidelines and policy-based decision-making
• Cultural awareness of political and social trends relevant to the Italian and English-speaking markets
