Content Marketing Writer

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for marketing and editorial projects
• Support projects spanning blog, SEO, social, landing pages, lifecycle, and special initiatives
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and production while maintaining a human voice
• Translate complex ideas about company-building into engaging and credible writing
• Manage a significant production workload with tight deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners while owning deliverables independently

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional writer, editor, or content marketer
• Strong portfolio of written work across content marketing, editorial, or brand channels
• Demonstrated experience writing about startups, entrepreneurship, or business-building
• Fluency with AI tools for research, ideation, and production workflows
• Experience working independently in a contract or freelance capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for founder, operator, or B2B audiences
• Familiarity with SEO, lifecycle, and/or growth marketing best practices
• Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, or performance marketers
• Background in journalism or long-form editorial storytelling
• Skills in video, audio, or visual storytelling formats
