Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Craft persuasive, conversion-centric copy for digital campaign assets including paid ads, emails, newsletters, and landing pages
• Develop engaging full-funnel content optimized for specific campaign personas and conversion goals
• Conduct in-depth research to produce high-quality long-form content, blogs, and ebooks
• Manage end-to-end development of customer stories, from project briefs to final asset production
• Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to ensure content discoverability
• Support the blog program through topic ideation, content briefs, and editing
• Collaborate on A/B testing initiatives to iterate on messaging based on performance metrics
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience in content marketing
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital testing methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to write high-converting ad copy and landing page content
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and search engine optimization
• Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance and conversion funnels
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing persuasive content
